To Raise A Child, Inc. (TRAC) was founded in 2003 on the principle that reflects the African proverb – “It takes a village to raise a child.” Our mission is to assist parents and early childhood educators, whose primary focus is to rear children, by providing resources that will foster the academic and social skills each child needs in order to be successful in life. TRAC is committed to ensuring that high quality childcare is accessible and early childhood professionals are of high quality. Through childcare tuition scholarships, empowering parent education classes and teacher training, TRAC can support quality early experiences that will lay the foundation for healthy child development and success.
